REGARDING COMMISSIONS:General- I reserve the right to deny service for any reason- In particular I will refuse service to individuals who violate the Terms and Conditions, those who would use my content in harmful ways,or are involved in illegal activity.-You MUST be 18+ to request an NSFW Commission and to view the 18+ content on this website.- If you provide any information, or content such as character references, that is untrue or that you do not own the express rights to, I reserve the right to terminate any active projects and refuse any future use of the services offered.Updates and Revisions- Communication regarding price and commission details will be conducted through your preferred method; email, social media, or instant messaging- Regular updates will be provided to you through your preferred method of contact. All communication regarding your project must be done through this method including revision requests, comments and concerns, etc.- Revisions may be requested at any time but may be subject to additional charges such as large changes to the original proposed idea. Any errors on my part will be fixed for no additional chargePayment- Payment is done UPFRONT through PayPal via an invoice that will be sent to you via your PayPal email. Alternative methods of payment can be discussed, though typically will be denied.- Prices listed on the commission form are in United States Dollars (USD) but invoices are sent in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at the equal exchange rate.Refunds- Within a week of ordering your commission, you may request a full refund. If you request a refund past the allotted time a full refund will not be provided.- Any refunds after the first week will be based on how much time has gone into the piece, and you will receive a percentage back based on this, as well as whatever work has been done on the piece.Commercial Use- Commissioned work, unless discussed otherwise, is not to be sold for commercial use- Art and assets commissioned for the purpose of commercial use will be subject to further provisions and may require additional contracts or written agreement.
